| 1.1 | We, Swiss Hours, guarantee that our watches are authentic. |
| 1.2 | As most of our watches are pre-owned, it can be expected that there may be some signs of age and use from previous wear. We wish you to carefully inspect the images of the item to satisfy yourself as to its condition prior to making a purchase. |
| 1.3 | We warrant that our watches are in good running condition, unless otherwise stated. However, we do not provide any guarantee on the movement’s accuracy, water-proofing or any other mechanical workings of the watch. All watches are sold as is. If you have any specific questions, please contact us prior to making a purchase. We will assist you as best we can to ensure full transparency. |
| 1.4 | Although we have made every effort to describe and present the colour of our watches accurately on our website, we cannot guarantee the colour display of your device will accurately reflect such colour. |
| 1.5 | We reserve the right to adjust specifications as well as listed or quoted prices without notice, and may also withdraw any of our items without notice, at any time. |
| 1.6 | Any statement made by Swiss Hours in relation to our items is only the assertion of an opinion and we will not be liable for the accuracy of any opinion given. |
| 1.7 | Some watches have been photographed with its original watch strap made of endangered or protected animal material. In such cases, we are unable to ship the watch strap and, therefore, it be removed prior to shipping the watch and buckle to you. |
| 2 | Pricing |
| 2.1 | The pricing of our items is in Hong Kong Dollar (HKD). |
| 2.2 | Our prices exclude the cost of shipping and insurance associated with delivering the items to you. We will inform you of this delivery charge when you contact us to make a purchase. Alternatively, you can arrange your own shipping and insurance for the parcel. |
| 2.3 | For international buyers (sales outside Hong Kong), you are responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, fees or charges levied by authorities in your country. These are not included in the item price or delivery charge. |
| 2.4 | Please note that we have no control over any import duties, taxes, fees or charges that may be levied, and we cannot predict their amount. If required, please contact your local customs office for more information before you proceed with your purchase. |

| 4.3 | We reserve the right to decline a payment or order that we feel is at risk or suspect could be fraudulent. |
| 4.4 | All items remain the property of Swiss Hours until we have received your cleared payment. |
| 5 | Delivery |
| 5.1 | All items must be paid and cleared in full prior to dispatch. |
| 5.2 | Purchased items will be shipped to you via FedEx International Priority with all shipments fully insured. An adult signature is required for the receipt of the parcel. |
| 5.3 | Any parcel that has been tampered with, or shows signs of damage, should not be signed for and delivery should be refused. |
| 5.4 | All parcels are to be opened under video surveillance and recording. |
| 5.5 | If the parcel or its contents is stolen, lost or damaged, a refund will be issued to you only after the approval of the insurance claim by our insurance vendor. |
| 5.6 | International buyers will be responsible for the payment of all customs duties, taxes, fees and charges levied by authorities in your country. Buyers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We will not be liable or responsible for any non-compliance with such laws and regulations. |
| 5.7 | For buyers in Hong Kong, we can also arrange an appointment for you to pick-up the purchased items. |
